Office Administrator and Executive Assistant - Part Time
Utah Film Center is seeking an Office Administrator and Executive Assistant to join our talented team of creative, innovative, and passionate individuals. This role combines two key responsibilities: managing daily office operations to support the Executive Team and Board of Directors, and providing executive assistance to the Executive Director. The ability to manage multiple projects, complex schedules, and administrative tasks simultaneously is essential for this role. The ideal candidate for this job is a personable, organized, detail-oriented, resourceful individual who is a strong problem solver and thrives working both independently and as part of a team. This role offers an enterprising candidate hands-on experience in nonprofit and film festival operations as well as filmmaker support. This position reports directly to the Executive Director while working closely with the Film Center’s leadership team.
This Salt Lake City–based role is 20 hours per week, in-office, and includes 10+ paid holidays and 11 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) in the first year of employment.
