Corporate and Institutional Solutions (CIS) is a division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management comprised of Corporate & Digital Solutions, Morgan Stanley at Work, Virtual Client Solutions, Reinvestment, and Strategic Client Management. The overall goal and vision of CIS is to create a corporate client experience and a consistent corporate employee (“participant”) experience while helping engage with them throughout their financial life journey that will ultimately lead to a depended relationship with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.

Morgan Stanley at Work - Equity Solutions; is a suite of technology software products geared at providing innovative platforms to help our corporate clients design equity compensation solutions that can grow alongside their business and people at any stage.  The Shareworks platform provides cutting-edge technology and end-to-end equity management solutions to help our clients manage their equity needs.


We are looking for someone to join our Morgan Stanley at Work team, who will directly support the operational execution, deal management, and product integration for Private Markets Secondary Transactions.  Located in South Jordan, Utah, the Client Success Manager - Secondaries Transaction Support will be an integral part of our Liquidity team. We are looking for someone who can provide world-class operational support across secondary transactions. You will have the opportunity to work with shareholders and executives at private companies while collaborating with many of the top Financial Advisors at Morgan Stanley. Primary Responsibilities:


- Oversee team on all transaction executions and daily tasks

- Provide support to our Secondary Transaction Desk trading team to ensure secondary sales are executed correctly

- Support sell-side clients/shareholders to ensure deal requirements are met and documented properly

- Oversee deal execution process for secondary transactions

- Engage with external brokers and private company issuers on a regular basis to achieve optimal client outcomes and secure successful deal execution

- Create and improve operational processes and documentation for managing complex transactions on the Shareworks system

- Serve as a project manager overseeing client driven requirements to support liquidity transactions

- Proactively identify potential issues and work with team members and other internal stakeholders to find solutions

- Work with Product and Development teams to enhance the product offering and create scale within the business by working to improve automation of processes






- Bachelor’s degree

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service

- Project management skills

- Ability to translate complex concepts into layman’s terms and relay this information to a variety of audiences

- Ability to read and interpret a variety of documentation, including legal documentation, deal documents, governmental regulations, technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.  Legal degree NOT required

- Strong analytical background, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment which includes ongoing learning and training opportunities

- Previous experience supporting software products is a PLUS!

- You are a cultural addition to our team, and bring a diverse perspective

- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) program completion is an asset, but not required
