Leadership + Life Coach for QTBIPOC changemakers | I help overworked and overlooked leaders, educators, and creatives have space for work, relationships, and hobbies that bring them joy

I’m a Queer, Filipina American coach and consultant who works with QTBIPOC changemakers who are ready for something deeper. My practice is rooted in lived experience, heart-centered care, and a deep belief that joy is not a luxury — it’s a necessity. I create space for people to slow down, reconnect with what’s important to them, and move with intention, not urgency.

My mission is to support QTBIPOC folks who are ready for something deeper — those who are not only stretched thin and emotionally overextended, but also navigating systems that often overlook their needs, wisdom, and joy. I walk with clients to:

+ Reflect on what needs to shift

+ Uncover hidden drains on time and energy

+ Build care-centered practices aligned with what’s important to them — all in service of celebrating joy

Originally, I worked with providers, helping and teaching them how to show up more fully for our communities. Right now, I'm finding myself called to work more directly with QTBIPOC folks themselves. That shift has allowed me to focus on creating a real, reciprocal space where people can feel deeply seen, held, and affirmed.

In both coaching and consulting, I center relationship, care, and clarity. My work is not about fixing anyone. It’s about creating spacious, non-extractive environments where people can reconnect with themselves, feel into their truth, and take meaningful steps toward joy, without pressure or performance.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Diversity Coach through CoachDiversity Institute, I bring understanding and empathy to every conversation.

What grounds me most is the belief that QTBIPOC deserve to live rooted in joy, with the time, energy, and space to honor who they are and what’s important to them. My role is to help create and protect that space.
