Mission: 

The Millcreek Arts Council exists to support, strengthen, and promote the arts, culture, and creativity within the City of Millcreek.


Vision: 

Transforming lives through the expression of creativity and artistry

  • Artists are thriving in and essential to the City of Millcreek. 
  • The invitation to participate and appreciate the arts feels open, welcoming and accessible. 
  • The arts in our community foster connection and a sense of belonging. 
  • The arts in our community also offer new ideas, perspectives and possibilities.
  • We emphasize the Millcreek city motto, ‘connected by nature’, by seeking out opportunities to connect our community to nature through the arts. We work with the city to move towards moving with nature and its beauty rather than against it.

This Council is organized exclusively as a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)3 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
