Prior to coaching, I was an HR Executive with 15+ years of experience leading Organizational Development and Leadership Development functions to help companies like Castlight Health, eBay, CallTower, Vivint SmartHome, and NICE to improve management skills, employee performance, retention, and revenue growth. I have been passionate about developing people and ensuring organizational health across the United States, Europe, and Asia. 

I live in Utah, home to several national parks, state parks, the world's greatest skiing, and long mountain ranges. I'm a lover of the outdoors where I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, camping, backpacking, kayaking, and snow skiing.
